Hi, I’m Nadia.
This work began with my own journey back to myself.
Several years ago, I found myself deeply disconnected. I was overwhelmed, stuck, and unsure how to change. I had spent much of my life learning to bury pain and push away difficult emotions. Like many of us, painful experiences from childhood shaped the ways I learned to cope, protect myself, and move through the world.
As I became aware of a different way of being, I started to get curious about my patterns instead of judging them and something shifted: I learned that I make sense.
What I had seen as brokenness were actually parts of me that had developed to help me survive. Through years of personal consulting and healing, professional training, mentorship and practicum, and living this work in my own life, I learned to replace shame and resistance with love and compassion, understand what was happening beneath the surface, and reconnect with myself.
That transformation changed my relationship with myself, my relationships with others, and the way I parent my two kids.
I’ve learned that healing isn’t about fixing yourself or never struggling again. It’s about developing the capacity to stay connected. To listen inward, honor what you need, repair when you disconnect, and meet yourself with compassion rather than judgment.
That’s why I do this work.
I want to offer others the kind of safe, compassionate space that helped me find my way back to myself. A space to slow down, become curious, reconnect with your heart, and discover what it means to live more wholeheartedly.
You are not broken. You make sense. I have so much hope for your future.
When I’m not working, you’ll find me hiking, working with horses, playing games with my family, getting lost in a good book, or simply enjoying the sun on my face with my feet in the grass.
And I’m still growing, learning, and practicing this work every day.
